Hi Everyone!

Here’s a little summary of my experience in event and project management:

I’ve been managing the latin area of Glasto Latino since 2016, responsible for a team of 127 people and bringing the whole event together. This role involves booking artists, crew, and contractors, scheduling, overseeing the budget and health and safety.

I also managed a virtual stage for The Embodiment Conference, booking 100 of the world’s top speakers in Meditation and Breathwork, scheduling them on a 24 hour schedule over 10 days and being their point of contact to for all content, tech and affiliate queries.

After the conference I joined the newly formed company Embodiment Unlimited as their project manager, and with a team of developers, designers, and writers released a new learning programme every 6-8 weeks.

Since then I’ve produced virtual workshops for clients including Amazon and ExxonMobil, managed an interactive Santa’s Grotto experience for John Lewis, and most recently spent 4 months managing the Production Office for Boomtown Festival, where I am responsible for the tickets and meal allocations for 1,500 contractors and freelancers, collating all health and safety documentation, and triaging issues with our teams, working with security, site, and medical to get them the support they need.

Tri-national German, US and UK, so able to work across Europe and the states without the need for visas. Full, clean UK driving licence and happy to travel.
