• Trusted with the task of site-leading the team on occasion to manage and take care of work duties at Hyde Park BST.
• Recce out cable routes and install kit independently, comfortable managing high-intensity workload during peak times.
• Commended for positive attitude and attention to detail completing tasks to a high standard.
Liaising with other production departments confidently and effectively.
• Fulfilling many roles at once on set i.e. (AD, PA, Runner and lighting) due to low budget. Can multitask and adapt to the challenge.
• On occasion, responsible for directing and shooting the reenactment scenes, clearly communicating the shots needed from the actors whilst recording.
• Physically strong and coordinated when packing and storing kit carefully and promptly.
• Worked closely with the client (Redbull) to understand their style, preferences and brand, adapting edits to align with their vision.
• Managed time effectively, meeting strict deadlines in a live production environment.
• Vision mixed for the external screen during Bicep’s set (2022). The screen wasn’t going to showcase footage but saw that as an opportunity for the audience outside of the tent to feel included, taking the initiative to make it happen.
• Taking on voluntary opportunities in the festival to develop my skills i.e. learning to vision mix and digital colour grading.
• Advocate for the Green Man Trust charity, supporting positive change for local Welsh communities and providing career experiences for youth.
• Volunteered for extra shifts during peak periods to alleviate staff shortages.
