With 20yrs in the live events industry behind me I am confident that my administrative, interpersonal and time management skills would be an asset to this role and therefore the larger team. I have managed my own business for this entire time and have delivered hundreds and hundreds of events through clear communication, precise scheduling and strong people skills. Being fast to learn and take up new software’s and systems is vital and a core strength of mine. Recently I toured as Advanced Production Coordinator for Beyoncé Renaissance World Tour where I thoroughly enjoyed being back on the ground; active with on-site execution as well as overseeing the travel, accommodation, and crew logistics for all advance teams. My scope of works starts from a theatre training and evolves up to Executive Producer for arena scale events. Production Management has been the core of my experience for the past 10 years. Coming from a Stage Management background my skills focus on logistic management, budgeting, problem resolution and interpersonal / team management. Technically I have worked on projects that have required the weird and wonderful; I believe that colleague relations and team support are fundamental to deliver a successful outcome for all. I find that adapting to the situation and clear communication pathways are key. With 20yrs managing my career as a freelancer I prioritise, am detail focused and well versed in juggling multiple tasks.
