Event Concept have an opportunity for a Junior Production Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll have responsibility for collaborating with stakeholders across the business and supporting them by ensuring that production elements, crew, and transport schedules are generated, accurate and entered into relevant systems to deadlines. You will assist on site, ensuring that project delivery is seamless and efficient.

Awareness of Health & Safety both in the pre-planning stages and the implementation
Experience in scheduling and budgeting
Not essential but would be nice if you have knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Vectorworks
Collaborating with the Production Management Team, Project Managers and Producers to generate schedules.
Ensuring crew and transport orders and correct, align with the build schedules and liaising with the Crew & Transport teams to ensure alignment.
Assisting the Production Managers with researching suppliers.
Assisting on site and supporting with Production elements as appropriate. This could be as part of a larger team or as a stand-alone Production Manager on smaller events.
Responsible for the generation and management of Event Safety Plans, RAMS, plans, build schedules and project packs on your Production jobs.
Ensure that in carrying out all day-to-day responsibilities, our policies and procedures and are observed.
