Festival Gate Team – Junction 2 Festival

If you’re 18-25 years of age, live locally to Boston Manor Park and want to get involved with Junction 2 Festival, you’ve come to the right place. This year we are offering paid work opportunities, as well as our new shadowing programme which will allow chosen participants to spend a day at work with our expert production team members.

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our onsite gate team on show days. This team is the first point of contact for our festival-goers and requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail, providing an opportunity to learn about customer service and event entry logistics.
