UK Trainer & Product Specialist

We are seeking a UK Trainer & Product Specialist to join our ambitious and growing team helping to enhance sales and marketing activities, including interacting with and supporting our Sales, Marketing and Product Development teams with efforts to promote ChamSys products and to educate, support and train lighting designers, specifiers, current and prospective customers, end users and other market participants on ChamSys products.

Main Responsibilities:

·        Assist Sales, Marketing, Product Development and other Company teams with product demonstrations, responding to customer questions and other activities in connection with the promotion and sale of ChamSys products.

·        Work with our UK Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Product Support and other Company teams to provide product training (in-person and on-line) to customers, end users, lighting designers, specifiers and other market participants.

·        Collect feedback/intel from lighting designers, specifiers, end users, customers and other market participants to understand their needs, build relationships, secure product specification opportunities and to stay abreast of competitor products and new technologies.

·        Assist with the organization and execution of tradeshows, dealer shows, road shows, exhibits and other events where ChamSys products will be promoted.

·        Travel to and participate on behalf of the Company at UK and some EU based trade shows, road shows, exhibits and other locations where ChamSys and/or competitor products are promoted to keep apprised of competitor products and build and enhance relationships with sales representatives, customers, lighting designers, specifiers and other market participants.
