Transport Operations Coordinator – Enter
Full TimeBookmark Details
Are you passionate about music, live events, and the entertainment industry? Do you thrive under pressure and love the idea of working behind the scenes to help some of the world’s biggest artists stay on the move? If that sounds like you, Beat the Street might have your dream job.
Why Join Us?
At Beat the Street, we’re the UK and Europe’s go-to ground transport provider for the entertainment industry. We handle logistics for world-renowned artists on tour, ensuring they get to every gig seamlessly. One moment you’re scheduling transport for a festival headliner; the next, you’re arranging on-the-road support for their driver.
This isn’t your typical 9-to-5—it’s fast-paced, high-energy, and deeply rewarding. If you’re organised, tech-savvy, and have a knack for building strong relationships, this could be your chance to work in the heart of the entertainment world.
What You’ll Do
As a Transport Operations Coordinator, you’ll:
• Provide top-notch customer service to artists, tour managers, and clients.
• Manage bookings, allocate vehicles and drivers, and handle transport quotes.
• Oversee scheduling and logistics using bespoke systems and Excel.
• Build lasting relationships with key clients and drivers.
• Take care of admin tasks like checking vehicle MOTs, invoicing, and maintaining records.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has strong organisational skills and thrives under pressure.
• Is tech-savvy, with experience in MS Office and fleet management tools.
• Can multitask like a pro and manage diaries across time zones.
• Holds a UK driving license (bonus: we’ll help you get a private hire license).
• Knows European Geography (a plus but not essential).
• Can commit to flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends during peak seasons.
Why This Role Is Awesome
• Get a Foot in the Door: Work directly with the entertainment industry’s biggest names.
• On-the-Road Experience: We’ll train you to join transport projects you’ve planned yourself.
• Exciting Work Environment: Every day is different—from supporting festivals to organizing last-minute requests.
• Competitive Benefits: Negotiable salary, holiday entitlement, and a pension scheme.
