The ideal candidate will have experience in repairing moving lights, understand trouble shooting principles and be able to communicate with customers.

You will work with exceptional people, the latest technologies and being a part of a team making remarkable events happen. You will have responsibility for servicing and maintaining moving lights fixtures and equipment using company procedures, standards and guidelines.
Job Duties:
– receive, test, repair and maintain lighting fixtures and equipment using set company procedure and guidelines,
– general repair and maintenance of the equipment, including providing technical support to customers as needed,
– perform technical diagnosis and identify fixtures requiring further repair,
– Follow the technical problems of the after-sales service and bring support to the different stages of the resolution,
– prepare equipment for orders, ensure that products to be sent to customers are controlled, properly managed and reintegrated in demo stock,
– Ensure the proper functioning of the demonstration equipment and repair as needed,
– Provide product technical support to sales staff,
– Participate in trade shows organization and ensure their preparation and smooth technical progress,
– Carry out inventories,
– Support warehouse manager as required.
Skill and qualifications:
– 1 to 2 years of experience in diagnosing and repairing/servicing in moving lights,
– familiarity with lighting industry is preferable,
– ability to work independently, to prioritize and to solve problem in a fast pace environment,
– Excellent customer service skills,
– Excellent written and spoken English.
